yaar , I only heard arman buttering up elli , didn't hear asif's conversation with her . I think apart from what is being shown in the episode , salman speaks to everyone . He must have said elli is 24*7 in kitchen doing hardwork . Or may be how elli cried after PAKT group bullying and them complaining they are fed up of salman's promotion of elli , telling she is pretending not to know hindi . may be he must have asked them why they feel like that . One thing is sure yaar as you said - today's episode is an eye opener to PAKT group , arman can't believe asif andy got more votes than him
