He definitely had his priority right. If he had 3 votes Anita would have got it. She was still a test case, not yet in the team, like Tanisha is in the team you can feel. See what they do in next voting, now they are four. If Anita would vote either Prat/Kamiya she would have got that vote. So this has nothing to do with loyalty.
