Ppl do care about these allegations...go and ask SRK fans if they really believe him to be gay. Ask them if they hate when he is labelled as that. It does matter! You can't be generalizing so much, without evidence. Do you know one of the most common response that come up when you mention to an SRK fan that he is gay? ...it would be "He is married, has two kids...loves his wife...how can he be gay" Consider looking into this statement and you'll see many points about ppl's attitude towards this subject.

Homosexuality is not an easily acceptable phenomenon among desis. PERIOD!

Yes many contestants are usually there because of news worthy stuff from their personal life...but is Asif one of them? I bet a significant portion of audience didn't even know of his existence till he came on BB.

PS: I'm sorry, but I'm a hundred percent sure had it been Gauhar to spread such news instead of Tanisha, many ppl here would've already called her names of all kinds!

If Eli gets undue attention from the Host, how is it her fault? She doesn't ask for it. I did not understand why is it Kamya's problem. You are right about that, that she is not playing the game and she should quit the show at the next nomination.
