You have a point there that being born in a country is a matter of fate and not choice - but in this day and age of rampant immigrations etc. choosing to stay in your own country is an affirmation of love for the country.

And national pride is something that should be encouraged in all - if we were more proud of our country or felt that national achievement was a collective achievement then we would be more involved in the welfare schemes of our country. When we dissociate ourselves mentally from the country that's when social evils start gaining a bigger ground.

This is my POV on why and how everyone should be involved in some way or the other in the social issues that impact the nation.

How did you come to the conclusion that Navin Bajaj is a racist from the above tweet? As far as I am concerned, Navin's comment that "models shud keep their mouths shut! You'll see wht I mean" has already come true when this brainless model, Asif said to Salman, "MY SISTERS ARE VERY HOT"... and then he said he wants to TASTE (test) the females in the Bigg Boss House and called them GIZZERS!

For Christ's sake, we all can see the IQ level of this Asif "supermodel". I doubt if any girl in the house will be attracted towards Asif Azim. He may be out this week also.

And you are doing character assassination of somebody just on the basis of your own imagination? How do you know what Navin Bajaj meant by this statement "Asif is a good lukin guy, only thing is he's made in Bangladesh"... It looks a harmless statement to me.

You have given a long list of statistics in favour of Bangladesh. I don't disagree with that, but do you know that India has the highest number of ILLEGAL BANGLADESHI immigrants in our country who are a very big drain on our economy? Do you realize that? Do you realize that many social schemes benefits are unable to reach the deserving REAL Indian Citizens because there are MILLIONS of ILLEGAL BANGLADESHIS in India who have fraudulently made INDIAN VOTER ID CARDS AND INDIAN PASSPORTS AND INDIAN AADHAAR CARDS!

The reason for that tweet may also be the fact that Asif could be easily mistaken for an Indian too. I myself thought he was from Kolkatta. You do realize that we have MUSLIM Bengalis in India right. Why do you take offense that he said Asif is from BD. So what he isn't the first non Indian on BB nor will be the last. Take it easy. His being an " IDIOT" as you claim is nothing to do with him being from BD. That's Asif's personality. And calling " SISTERS " hot is not a very intelligent comment no matter which world you come from.

I am not trying to support Navin Bajaj..but we get all kinds of people all over the world. Let't not base our opinion of the whole country based on one tweet that too from some nobody.

And I am an Indian American and I genuinely thought that guy was Desi.

Just my 2 cents.
