I have a very unique accent , a mix of all south indian languages . But only when i talk in my mother tongue people start questioning me where are you from etc

At times iam made fun of for my accents and at times i make fun of others too , not in a cruel way though .
Yesterday salmans interaction with the bong model was super cute 😳

I pray ask how is this topic related to biggboss ?? I thought no unrelated topics were allowed

@boredsoul and all those who wonder - I think you didn't read my opening post well. I specifically mentioned that this issue occured to me while watching the episode with Salman yesterday.

He was mercilessly ragging Asif for the way he pronounces Test (taste in Asif's manner). Now that might lead to some hilarious situations - but it is WRONG to mock someone on National Television that way, esp. when you are the host of the show.

But it was not just about Asif speaking in English the way it is probably spoken by a lot of people in Bangladesh, but also the way he was making fun of Elli and her limited knowledge of Hindi.

Before mocking Elli, he should try to speak in German or Swedish properly like someone pointed out, and then perhaps these people should talk.

We indian normally mock each other on the basis of accent and language 😆 so forget about salman mocking elli. North , south , east, west every part of india have certain language accent , infact same states and same language also people have different accent while in conversation.

@ BB6 Pranab is using the same accent before became president 😆

My funny experience is once in an interview , the interviewer started to mock and criticise my accents and way of speaking, after a while i also started and mock his own accent , way of speaking by saying where he is wrong. Both were in the same boat, indeed a funny incident 😆

This is a reality based ENTERTAINMENT show, NOT an educational moral science class!

It is VERY condescending to presume that other posters either don't read carefully or lack comprehension skills. For instance, You say, that this issue suddenly " OCCURRED" to you while watching BB. Does what goes on in your head, in the privacy of your home-does THAT justify this entirely tangential post/thread? Under THIS dispensation, I can open a thread (having missed out on the mango season entirely this year) on the relative merits of Alphansos and Dusaheris because it OCCURRED to me while I was watching Apoorva's face on BB??

Please get off the moral high ground you think is your exclusive domain AND the high horse you rode in on! "Being Human" MIGHT be a good philosophy to adopt for you...And NONONO I do not want a mile long lecture about how Sallu is the LEAST qualified to preach it-I ALREADY HAVE THE DIRT ON HIM!

I found that part very funny , it depends on our outlook , we can find fun in misery or make a mountain out of a mole , its our choice actually
