Thanks for taking the lead on this. It isn't working on iOS, or on MAC. On iOS, it just shows a line, no voice or picture. Do hope they fix this. On the MAC, there is a black screen, with intermittent voice, but no picture. How long did they say it would be for these issues to be fixed? Thanks again for your help!, 👏

I just checked, and it still isn't working on my iOS devices. BOTH iPad and phone aren't showing picture and voice comes and goes. Please yaar @kls600 can you push them and let them know? I've commented on the app and website, I also see a lot of others having the same issue. It HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED.

As of now I'm watching it on my ipad via the photon browser app. It has flash on it so I can watch the live feed in that browser. But I'll see what I can do.

Send a email to that email address because it has to do with the Viacom server and that's why it isn't working.

Thank you! I sent an email as well. The app doesn't work either, and nor does LF work on the browser. I tried Skyfire and Chrome, in addition to Safari.

App is TOTAL waste of money. None of the selections have any data in them. All show as empty. They're actually ripping people off of their money. Lots of comments on the app as well, saying its not working for them. So I don't think I'm alone on the complaint list. 😳

I bought the app on my iphone since september 19 and it hasnt even worked once, not even a 1 second video has displayed. Some guy named Nirmale made the app and went to sleep. Noone is bothered about it. I wish there was another way of watching live feed. If i try to see it on the website on iphone, it still does not work.

Same here. That's what I've been complaining about, but they aren't fixing it. It'd be great if you can also email your complaint & tweet colorstv like @kls600 has suggested. The more people complaining and making noise, might get them to do something.
