Live feed viewers in USA

I guess raj nayak took notice of my complaint on twitter and he forwarded it onto the IT head for bigg boss/colors

So he tweeted me saying the video should work soon and they are working on it.

We now actually get buffering on the website and the app, but still no video or audio. I tweeted him back mentioning that and he said that they will have it working as soon as possible.

Happy to know my complaint didn't go to deaf ears 😃

kls600 can you tweet about the app as well. ONly shows audio feed not video.

I already did, the app works fine for android,but not for apple. I tweeted the guy like half and hr ago, so let's see what he says. 😊

Hi, guys

I have been in contact with colors and the app developers about the errors with the live feed via twitter.

So the app developer has determined the the main problem is with the server of Viacom.

He requested that we email Viacom at apps@viacom18.com

and complaint about the live feed (ex: like only audio is working not video)

Pls email them, don't send them spam or hate mail but just write wht problem ur having with the live feed and mention that it's a server problem that they need to correct.
