Shilpa is a player, simple. Her style is sabko mila ke rakhna. She wants her own group and she'd be extra sweet with them. I don't think Hazel really warmed up to Kamya which gave Shilpa the opportunity to seize a Jahannam inmate.

I don't like Shilpa either, but those votes were taken like the first or second day before any of them actually interacted, even Hazel said that. They started bonding later.
