This is my point of view:
Everybody seems to be in a crappy and cranky mood and tired.
Elli is upset because she wanted paratha with oil on it (BB said that) but she got a hard and dry one instead. With a bad mood and bad food, she stopped caring about the rules and went in for butter.
For a bit, no-one was complaining but then Gauhar and Kamya said you need to go out. - Elli should have told Gauhar to bring it to her and she did but in a irritated way. Elli is getting all her frustration out here. The reason seems to be Kamya as she said "This is not the first time she is hitting on me". - She is probably very upset from the last time Kamya was making fun of her and so far she has kept it in but today, she is getting it all out and this explains why she is not talking to Gauhar properly because Gauhar was siding with Kamya and Elli didn't like that. I actually feel for her because from what I have seen till date, Kamya has never been truly nice to her and Elli must have felt this. Elli must have felt left out and offended by that behaviour from Kamya because she is not Indian and is trying hard to be accepted to but Kamya is making her feel left out. And this is one of the biggest reason for the outburst.
Kamya taunts her and says: "Apne ne khud kaha tha ke apko bina tel wala chahiye" - This is what makes Elli not care and angry because she doesn't want to hear taunts especially by Kamya who had made fun of her before already. I did feel for Gauhar however because she was genuinely trying her best to set things right but no-one was listening to her properly.
Tanisha is basically venting out her frustration over Gauhar's captain-ship which she found unfair and she is using this situation to do this.
Pratusha seems to go with the flow but does look like she's had enough.
Gauhar - bless her! I feel like she is trying her ultimate best to set things right however everyone seems to be moody. It's like she is having to take of kids who are non-stop complaining despite her trying her best.
Kamya's irritation is explainable because she is the one who is having to cook for all yet they all are lashing back at her and are disrespecting her food. But the thing I don't like is she taunts because yes she has made food but she is making it look as if she is their only option unlike Shilpa who not only made food which people seemed to enjoy but never taunted like that.
