This is exactly what I always felt whenever the host interfered in the daily activities of the show. The very essence of reality will be destroyed with this interference. We want to see the real side of the contestants. Even if it is moved to 11 pm timing, no problem. But we want to see the real contestants. Good that you pointed out in your own inimitable way.

Agree. Salman needs to improve his behaviour.

In season 5, bigg boss was trying too hard to be a "family show" and because they were being forced to move their air time to a later slot, they got Salman to yell at the contestants about values and watching the show with his mommy etc.. If the show came on later, they would obviously lose viewers. So I don't think it was Salman's idea but bigg boss team made him do the interfering. Any other host in Salman's place would have to do it.

In season 6, I think Imam needed to be told to behave well with Salman because he has nothing to do with the housemate conflicts going on but that srk preity lecture was unnecessary which I believe was done for bringing their show into the news loll.
Any host would have to do all this because these are the colors team ideas, this stuff never happened before season 5. Salman hosted season 4 and never yelled and told anyone what to do.

so true...such a mind numbing concept... why would you separate the housemates into two sections like this... it just defeats the entire purpose of the show... you want ppl to interact with each other...then will they go and fight.. not keep them enclosed in different sections like this... very stupid... they cld hv kept an open door for these guys so ppl cld come and go but at the end of the day they need to stay in their respective section of the house...
