I think they say this based on the broader online picture - Kishwer does appear to be a favorite on this forum, but on the larger ones - Facebook, Twitter, she tends to do poorly on the polls. Also, she hasn't been nominated enough for her fanbase to be tested. Regardless, BB has the last say on evictions, so if they want to keep her they'll do so even if she has the least votes. But if they do go by votes, then strictly going by the online presence, she would be in the bottom with Priya.

lol i think its the other way round hms have voted this time smartly to the ones who they think are most likely to go thats why Mandy is saved from nominations first time in bb history (minus two times when she won the task and when Priya had to give only two names of the weakest) Prince is also not nominated so that proves hms have finally started using their brain according to feedback that have been given to them Prince and Mandy are the strongest so they are saved as simple as that
