I'd disagree here. She didn't want to give up on first task, nor did she give up the second. She said to Priya IF I get hurt physically then I'll sue BB, which was a silly thing to say but she didn't say I'll sue you for torturing me. I guess it's Kishwer dadi's venom that made it hard to bare for Mandy, who was being tortured mentally AND physically.
