Suyyash gets more space as an individual. He has his good personal equation with rivals of Kishwer.
Whereas Rochelle openly tells Kieth to not talk to Mandana.

I really love sukish

Suyash is clearly a joru ka ghulam but he is not ashamed of it. Kishwer does not dominate him, it's his choice that he follows her advice. It's mutual between them which is cute.

Rochelle clearly dominates Keith although Keith is not comfortable. So my answer is Rochelle

Suyesh is a loser.. His journey proved he is useless and is controlled by kishwar. Rochelle only instructed keith once.. And that too cause she know keith is too noce and can b manipulated by mandy again.

I don't think they dominate them..they just give advise. Though I do think Rochelle is a bit possessive and often tells Keith what to do which we will see again this week.

Dominating or controlling is when you tell your bf/gf that dnt talk to specific person etc, I have never seen Kishwer doing that also Suyash has a good equation with Mandy but on the other side we all know how Rochelle behaved with Keith.
