Yeah, but that was inside a box and there was only one person in the box, I remember Kamya saying that she couldn't control it so she peed.

Why didn't the other contestants pretend to stare hard in order to embarrass her? That way, she would have found it more difficult to relieve herself inside the car and might have ended up losing the task at the price of protecting her dignity.

Someone also could've threatened to sue her for voluntary public exposure. I think the others gave her an easy way out and she ambushed them with a surprising tactic even if I believe that she desperately needed to go.
