Why did Mandana tell Rochelle, 'Keith needs people around'?

In my opinion Mandana wanted to get back at Rochelle for doing the task and to make her feel anxious and nervous that something bad has happened to Keith, she said he said he wants his close ones around.

I thought it was a very sick thing to do even if it wasn't a task and Rochelle had really bitched about her. 😡
