Why are the HMs so biased?

Everyone mostly is talking about Salman's biased nature but here I feel these HMs are all so biased as well.

Whenever Big Boss asks them about the worst performer, they give their personal views and are always biased towards Kishwer and Suyyash no matter what the task is. Whether it was the Lagaan task, Facebook task or the Hotel task. All the HMs supported Suyyash and Kishwer always and it seems that whatever these two do, they are always right. It's surprising that when Rishab and Mandana won the hotel task, they were called the most disappointing players? Why can't their one decision be fair ot they can't understand tasks nor can they give fair decisions? They only take out their personal grudges and put down those who go against Kishwer and Suyyash?

Shockingly, everyone supported Kishwer's spitting act too and took it as a joke. Even Rishab took it as a joke but what if it was vice versa where Rishab had to spit in Kishwer's drink? They would make it a gender issue 🥱
