She was just kidding yaar... She was just telling that she voted for Prince coz he was very excited and is like a kid so she wanted to see how he handles the captaincy. Even normally when a friend gets overexcited we pull their legs and ask them to stop acting like a monkey. It was said in jest and not because of her insecurity and low mentality or ingrained behavior.
