Tbh, I'm kinda with the two of them on this. Vikas and Yuvika were really lenient. I don't think they were that organized with assigning duties? Like last year, Gautam had a strict schedule -- people rotated duties. Vikas and Yuvika weren't as organized and plus, I too found them too lenient. It appeared like Vikas didn't want to offend anyone and Yuvika is just too quiet and doesn't speak up as much. And a lot of the times, Vikas seemed really fed up of Mandana and just didn't want to hear her out/ talk to her. Which, again, it makes sense because Mandana can be so hypocritical and selfish, but at the same time, as captain, you can't just zone out imo. And plus, in regards to cleaning, it's already been cleared that the two were really horrible in that aspect. The house was just really dirty. Beds weren't made daily at all and the house was a mess.

In regards to Kishwar, in the sneak peak, she did come across as really rude and strict. And so did Prince. I actually found Prince to be ruder and out of place -- he's not even captain and he's giving around orders. LOL so stupid 😆 But yeah, I think Kishwar was definitely a bit rude. Her harried way of giving orders does make sense tho, she doesn't want to be on the receiving end like Yuvika-Vikas were in regards to the captaincy. Plus Prince instigated her to be really strict. And she interpreted that strictness as being short and rude. Again, there's a way of being strict/ giving orders and not being rude.

And anyways, I think Rochelle's problem with her though, was that Kishwar was more strict with them than Suyyash/ Prince. Which again, I think is a valid criticism. Kishwar has already constantly shown her partiality when it comes to Suyyash.

Mandana has the audacity to say that she is perfect in everything and keeps everything clean.
Isn't mandana the one who was sweeping the sofa with a dirty broom?
what hygiene mandana maintains. What perfection she maintains.
some one please show this mandana exit door.

Kishwer was quite rude...she was just throwing this and that , without any eye contact ...as if others just owe to her...
for her there was no need to act OTT...as no one questioned her captaincy/she just got a reminder for dos/donts...

you dont go barking orders, to people to do this to do that, which Kishwer is doing.. .. nicely gather them and assign task with clear instructions...
yuvika and vikas were too lenient, which is not expected from the very first captain of the house..

I am not agreeing with MR, but, the captaincy is far by the worst this season..as of now...

Kishwer asked everyone rudely to do the stuff with the self proclaimed vice captain prince... there is a difference between being rude and being strict ... you can make people do stuff without being rude too...
