Ankit is ignoring Roppal big time and they are not as famous as some exes like Dilnaz-Rajeev.
It looks all fake, this crying about past etc. She knew that Ankit is coming in the show, so if she joined, why make a show of emotions now?

It just looks like she's trying to get footage time so that the audience become keen to know if any big drama happens if she stays on,hence the votes.

Exactly..she knew Ankit is also gonna be there, so why make a mockery of your emotions in a show like this.
