Sambhavna's fiannce Avinash Dwivedi

Excerpts from an interview with actor Avinash Dwivedi, who also happens to be Bigg Boss contestant and Bhojpuri actress Sambhavana Seth's boyfriend.

How did you come to Mumbai? I was in theatre, dancing and martial arts. I participated in IBIBO Ivideo star and Bosco and Caesar were the judges. Luckily, I won the competition and did a music video with them. Later, I participated in a dance reality competition for Mahua channel and won that too, they awarded me Rs 10 lakh and it helped me to be independent enough to move to Mumbai and survive there. I was born in Gorakhpur, brought up in Delhi and now I'm working in Mumbai.

How did you get your first ad? I was actually auditioning for a movie which I didn't bag, but the director liked me and my audition and hence called me for my first advertisement. I've done seven advertisements so far.
What are your career goals? I don't run behind money and fame, I want to be a successful actor. I believe in appreciation more than money.

You want to act in TV soaps or films? I'm open to both and I don't want to be typecast, both platforms are rewarding.

How did you meet Sambhavna Seth? I was participating in Dance Sangram for Mahua channel and Sambhavna was my mentor, after I won the show I gathered my guts to propose her but she advised me to concentrate on my work. We remained friends then she fell ill and was admitted in the hospital for pneumonia, I was with her all through and that's when we started getting close.

What is so special about her? She is my dream girl. Her honesty and straightforwardness is her best part. She's always supportive and caring. It has been almost three years that we are seeing each other. I would also like to do TV soap with her. We would also like to do Nach Baliye together since we are both dancers and any show related to dancing will be good. And we will do it for sure, if offered.
