Thank you! Exactly! KT's task was to annoy Rahul and get him to hang up , and it was not to hold the phone call for as long as she can without cutting off. That was Rahul's task to hold onto the call. So Pritam's reason for clapping was definitely not that. It has too be for what her task was, that was what she said to make Rahul angry and get him to slam the phone down. That included bringing up RM's dad in the convo.

firstly pri clapped and said smthng lie waah yeh huyi na baat after the first sentence itself when rahul flirt with kari and dimpy there how he is talking abt auroto i izzat by others...and then in last upen hugged and he clapped both were for the dil ki baat nikal di and they said it.kari said to rahul itne bade politician ke bete ho same like hamare gauti baba ka wakeel ki beti wala line...he was saying later kari ne jyada eh diya and took tht father wala point and kal ya apne point ke liye wohi cheez?? woh bhi usse jisne usse kuch nahi kiya forget it it wasnt even ali who said this...baad mein hugging shugging to tht person and lad liye kisi aur se.
