Karishma has so far given four Mouth to Mouth kisses to Upen not counting uncountable peck. How many more kisses she will give to Upen before he comes out of the show?

BB won't do that as BB loves Karishma. Tharki BB wants to have their lovemaking videos for it's private viewing. That's why they made new rule " 2 ppl cannot be in bathroom together." They were so sad that didn't get any Gaudi videos for themselves.
