I am talking based on what was shown in the episode. Pritam was clearly seen asking all the info afterwards and why would people like Sam and RM defend him otherwise? They don't even like him much.

I think somewhere Gautam is losing the plot. He needs to stop giving explanations by putting families into context. I do not think he does it purposely but his reasoning is flawed and it serves no logic. I have seen that every time he wants to prove a point he tries to bring the whole picture and gives an example of family to be put in perspective. Maybe he thinks by doing so he will sound reasonable and level headed but this is the absolute wrong way of going around and solving things or clearing out the air.

Gautam dude, for the love of God get rid of this bad habit, you can very well prove a point without going there.
