i think he was trying to imply if Ali had called Pritam's family member a prostitute he won't take it as a joke , and it was proved actually , Gautam just asked for his wife's name and Prito rani got riled up, forget even calling her names lol.

I find your lack of knowledge - disturbing ( I hope you get this reference ).

Gautam was crying and whining about why didn't anyone took a stand for him against Ali, now tell me why should anyone take stand for Gautam?, unka Jamai hai kya?. Pritam stood alone when Gautam got his wife in between, I did not see Pritam crying and whining to Upen/Sambhavna about taking a stand for him.

Ali was telling Gautam tharki, nakli and all but he did not bring up Sumit before Gautam passed the family comment.
