What I think is Gautam got totally disturbed and slowly slowly when he was standing alone,he was thinking more about it and then he left the button...He was detemined that he will not get provoked and he didn't left the button due to anger...He left on his own,without any provocation...It was his decision and he once again proved how patient he actually is...

Similar thing happened to Mahek in her season too when Sky provoked her by commenting on her face ,., So I guess she knows how it feels
