Its hard being a Woman. Haters hate women. Haters hate Karishma because she is a woman. This world is filled with a misogynistic and sexist society. People are jealous of Karishma because she is a 21st century woman. People are against her because she is opinionated woman.Wrong wrong wrong. People are against her as a person, not because she is a woman. Those who dislike her feel so due to their own reasons, it doesn't make them a woman hater. Karishma Tanna is not a role model of women's causes. She is not a champion of women's rights. She is certainly not an example of being the perfect woman.
Now coming back to her being the 21st century woman I strongly disagree. I do not see how she is the perfect woman.
- Women are like my mother who wont nickle and dime rationing for her guests. She will empty every last nook and cranny of the house for the last grain of food to be a good host.
- Women are like my sister who will put human value ahead of materialistic things. A human will always win against some make up.
- Women are like my friends who do not crass and demeaning jokes. They know better than to be their enabler and they know when to stand up and give a fitting reply to roadside romeos.
- Women do not entertain perverts or seek favors from perverts. They know better than to use their gender, their body as a bargaining chip to obtain benefits.
- Women do not believe in using the gender card. They do not believe in taking out your khunnas and then quitting at their turn.
- Women do not believe in free for all unwarranted physical intimacy. They stand true to their man and do not indulge in any unworthy behavior from a group of men.
- Women do not pick and chose when to use their gender card to their advantage purely based on the situation and its timing.
I hate to drag this woman's angle here but it gets dragged here so often. People tend to overlook her misbehaving and blame it on the haters. They refuse to accept that women too are human just like men. They too are capable of making mistakes. Please take people for their face value, their gender shouldn't matter.
