each ones perception is his/her own. no one is right and no one is wrong. i dont find Charlie Chaplin funny, i find his brand of humor forced in strange facemaking and meaningless stunts. he always looks more sad then happy, how can that be funny?, is my perception wrong, no its not,
but millions find him funny, maybe they see something i dont, so i cant question or ask justification why others think he is funny.
many cant understand british humor, but i'v known people who laugh their heads off at it. and i'm left coundounded.???
i hate south indian flims, and actions sequences. but its all the rage everywhere, so much so bollywood copies it. thank god, for that, makes them more palatable to me.
so is dont question what i dont like. i just avoid it if i can.
Gautam i didnt like in the beginning, and now i do, he is my favorite, yes, he is over the top sometimes, but he has a quality, a humanness, a fallibility in him, which i find endearing, he holds no grudges, like a little boy who thinks he could be superman, he pretends to do so, but he knows he's not and that comes across.
unlike karishma who seems to be seeking for approval for all her actions good or bad after the act is done. gautam does not seek approval from others, he does care about wanting to be liked or disliked. like or dislike he accepts both and tries to be better.
unlike dimpy who seems to make everything a stand. she wants to have an opinion on everything necessary or unnecessary. gautam doesnt
unlike pritam, gautam is loyal.
unlike ali, who is a gone with the wind, over the top all the time, who is abusive and rude almost all the time, even in humour who does no when to call it quits. gautam learns from his mistakes, after the first incident with karishma he does not abusive, and he knows when to shut up and walk away.
and yes he is incredibly good looking and seems to get better all the time.
