arya - yes that one is debatable..not saying that wasn't force used..but there you can atleast (if want to) debate over intention , this that..

but in sonali's case..it was an obvious rule break

Upen got so close to Dimpy and Ali this last week - almost shoulder bumped Ali and Gautam. That was with the intention of threatening and hurting. BTW wasnt Sonali given this punishment after she hit Ali with that stick - where Ali gave her the stick and said lo isse maro or something (if I am not wrong)

nomination punishment is for the slap
