The last few days I had some free time, so I decided to rewatch the season. This was because this season was very complicated and required some rethinking. After doing so, I gathered the following information.
Gautum - I hereby declare him the winner of the show. Sure, he has had some ups and downs, but has always redeemed himself. He provided lots of entertainment, stood up on the right issues etc. When he didn't need to get involved, he maintained calmness. For example, during yesterday's large fight, he was sleeping. For a supposed "footage artist", that is odd.
Ali - I used to like him, but now he is too irritating. He takes a "stand" on every issue, on both sides. He tries to appease everyone and in doing so spreads rumors and statements from everyone. For example, yesterday he pretended to side with Dimpy and then afterwards Pritam.
Upen - He used to be a fairly calm person, but in the past to weeks has emerged to be an idiot (albeit a very entertaining idiot). He is also very similar to Ali (see above) in that he tries to side with everyone.
Dimpy - I like her as she sticks with the right people. She is pretty similar to Gautum, although a little more overreacting and provocative.
Puneet - I like this guy sometimes and other times I don't. I don't see him as being double sided anymore, but rather as a somewhat sensible individual.
Pritam/Praneet - These two have lost the plot now and are completely wrong. It is apparent from today's episode that they are siding with Gautum and Puneet now, but not for the right reasons.
Karishma - See Upen, minus the double sided-ness.
Sonali - All of Upen and Ali's qualities, combined with laziness - a very dangerous combination. Although I admit that she generally does her work without complaining (albeit badly and half-halfheartedly) and speaks out on issues concerning her.
As for yesterday's fight, Dimpy was absolutely right. Poking, irritating etc are not examples of physical violence, and is definitely allowed (and encouraged so as to improve the entertainment provided).
