The whole forum has exploded with "omg how can Pritam do that" or "How dare Pritam charge and attempt to attack Dimpy" etc etc etc...Now I am not saying Pritam should or shouldn't have done that, but why is this being given so much attention, many other females have had to deal with similar thigns in the house and they were told to shut up and get over it...some examples just off the top of my head:
1) The Red Mirchi task - Gautam called Karishma a s*** and it looked like he did want to attack her, Karishma made a big deal out of it and did play the woman card but then she was eventually told that she is overreacting and should get over it.
2) When Minisha made that comment "mein larki ho ke bhi neeche soungi" - she was blasted by panel guest Sargun and she was also told to shut up and get over it.
3) In one of the previous physical tasks Diandra was complaining how she was getting hurt by Pritam or whatever...and Pritam said if you're going to come and fight then obviously you will get hurt...Salman supported this and Diandra was also told to get over it.
4) Sonali was practically almost ripped into two pieces in the Babbars VS Lambha task, but she was told to get over it because it was a task.
5) Karishma broke down last week because of her linkup with married man Pritam - she was basically told by everyone to shut up and get over it because it was a joke and shes not allowed to cry.
6) Puneet's constant insult of the women in house (Minisha, Soni, Karishma, Diandra, Sonali, etc) no one ever says anything to him and when the women come to know that he has abused them - they are told to get over it and face the fact that that this is a game.
A voice needed to be raised against Gautam when he practically used and threw away Diandra and then blamed her for their Bathroom Leela. Salman made just a few subtle comment on it, but instead he decided to focus on how horrible Karishma is while forgetting that there is a bigger issue involved. THIS was an issue that should've been stretched and heavily discussed - but it wasn't...so if something like this wasn't discussed/supported why is Dimpy being supported as if she is some kind of victim?
As you can see from my examples, other women have dealt with more important and REAL problems than Dimpy has. In some of the examples I have highlighted above, the women didn't even START the issue so...why the special treatment for Dimpy? Shes the one who came to Pritam and started taking crap, was he supposed to sit and do nothing? Whenever something has happened to a female this sesaon she ahs been told to shut up and get over it...so the same should apply for Dimpy as well.
