Errr of course the audience see what you had with Di as a RELATIONSHIP, Gautam. Friends don't go into bathrooms and do all kinds of things not pda the likes you've done and there's video and photographic evidence of it.

Edit: In the film industry, people are always using the 'friends' line even though they're in relationships.. Di was no doubt using it like that, it wasn't a serious relationship but she obv knows they're not JUST friends either. Who wuda thought Gauti would try fall back on the just friends line but take all the non-friend-like intimacy.
