As per my understanding, posting someone's private moments on the internet without/against the consent of those involved is what constitutes cyber crime. So isnt the infamous Dale guilty of doing so by uploading GG's personal pictures? This is not only affecting GG but also the girl involved. I do not have words for a person who can stoop so low for his oath to spoil GG's image!
