Even if the voting lines were opened, Puneet wouldn't have gone anyway.

Most likely it would have been Diandra, Karishma or Dimpy.

Puneet would have received most votes as all Gautam fans would have voted for him as Gautam wasn't nominated.

So BB didn't really save Puneet, but probably Diandra.
