i do agree that not knowing the president or pm of the country your living in is a shame.
But the jharkhand thing isn't okay. So stop saying that its disgusting to not know it.

I wouldn't say dumb maybe but it reflects very poorly on your overall awareness about your country, current affairs n basically whats happening around you. I thought they would know Ranchi is Jharkhand's capital.. Ranchi was called Bihar's summer capital before Jharkhand became a separate state.. But when they were not even sure about Prez of India , that would be expecting too much. And 5x0 is 5 ???? Seriously no excuse for that.
