I think Ali's profited the most from Punz vs. Pritam fight because his last week's antics became yesterday's news. Each week has a new villain and this is the story of BB.
Moreover, when it comes to Punz - Kari, Upen & Ali are all united. After all, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

It's good Ali managed to pull himself after the meltdown last week & got votes from HMs in WKW.
