I believe what she meant was that..

When someone says "F*** you", its a gaali.

But if someone says 'I dont f*king care" or "Get your f*king facts right.. Its not a gaali dude. It's aggressive, I know but its not abusing someone.

It is a swear word though.

Dimpy is very over-energetic, dude. Not in a good way.
