Pritam's captaincy is neither fair nor entertaining. Housemates yelling like loud speakers and fighting is not entertainment.
Task given on Pritam's captaincy is a neutral task. If Pritam was a strong leader, then this task would have been fun as well. But Pritam did not prove to be a good leader. Remember that mirchi task where Deepshika and Pritam were task leaders. Deepshika proved to be better leader than Pritam. Pritam failed there also.
Gautam got a task where he was dictator and it is hard because everyone hated Gautam and would not listen to him. But Gautam's good leadership skills turned the odds into his favor. Gautam is the best captain.
