Thats what I'm saying if Nigaar was wrong than why did he back off ? He should have taught lesson to sonali, right ? Does that mean he got intimated by other members and to preserve his outlook he backed off - again, it shows he is spineless 😃

the point here is simple singling out one person, if he had said diandra, sonali, karishma all broke rules, lets discuss what punsihment should be given to these ok understood

he picked only her for a simple baseless issue of being late during duty.

then making irrelevant statements like puraani aadat was not needed.

also it was pre-planned which was totally uncalled for

How do we know whether he was going to addrees those issues or not?
Sonali snapped n walked away
Everyone knows n complains behind her back
Gautam wanted her to know that everyone's got a prob

Hasn't she been told enough number of times?

Why doesn't anyone go and tell upen and diandra that they are not supposed to talk in English and why are they not punished.

Diandra even created chaos in his captaincy.

But of course he won't punish her.

Sonali does all the work she is allotted and never refuses.

People actually refused to do work when gautam was captain.

Why is that sonali being slow paced is a bigger issue and she has to be punished after humiliating her?

Who is karishma to be asked , is she the perfect human being out there?

He wanted to punish sonali for his own whatever reasons.

Uska paplu ban gaya because he had no right to do that.

And if sonali goes on listening to the same things incl the character assassination illogical things said about her everyday, she won't be able to live peacefully in that house.

She is above all that nonsense.is she supposed to change herself according to everyone?

Is she training for a perfect kaam karne waali kaun?

She was already on break point and feeling lonely.

She has been nominated for the same reason do many times.

What is a bigger punishment than nomination.this guy wants to put tape on her mouth and tell her to remain silent.

That shows how spineless he is.

He is unable to hear her opinion when she actually never troubles him .
