Captainship requires work...,,, waking up before everyone, keeping a watch and co-ordinating duties. Our dhongi baba being the kaamchor and lazy one only wants to give out free pravachans and not do hard work.

I think now I understand why he said that he wants peace in the house under a captain. Meaning, peace for himself in sleeping in the day and not doing work. No wonder Ali punished him and nominated him under his captaincy.
