I have noticed that Gautam is the only one who always nominates people using his own reasons.

Rest of the HMs tu nomination mein bhi bheed chaal mein lag jaate hein. Pakar he lete hein ek insaan ko. Like today Dimpy and Karishma.

This bheed chaal is the reason that contestants like Upen never get nominated.
