Salman is not just a host, he is the one providing entertainment too. There is a reason Sanjay Dutt failed completely while hosting

Salman is part of the entertainment and his being biased adds to the masala.

If he was completely non-biased it will be a boring show. Think of Salman as another participant of Bigg Boss instead og just a host. He has a colourful personality and is a strong character. That is why WoW has the highest ratings
