Trait of a BAD leader!!!! A good leader jumps in to help when team needs him, not when team does not want to support you or your goals because you are a hitler boss. Does anyone on this forum appreciate a rude annoying irritating boss who consistently tells you "u are kaamchor" "i want to teach you manners" "sab ke sab deedh hain" Etc.. To lo woh sab hain!!! when u truly feel .. The boss is the problem. No one on this forum kya no one wants to work for a boss like that. He is getting what he deserves!

Gulati rocks..hope kaamchor dhongi praneet learns sumthing from him..ghar mein aaye hai to kaam to karna hi padega..waise bhi praneet baba is too nasty.i don't think he will evn care if the house is clean or dirty..khud dirty hai house ko kya clean karega.
