It will set a precedent for future BB contestants that they can get away with it. It is not the first time he has done it.
In the past seasons it was never this extreme, was generally done in heat of moment.
Puneet himself agreed he did in pure hosho hawas and immediately post event was not apologetic about it and was even justifying it!!!!

I do agree with you. There was no point in evicting punz if he's coming back! faltu mein drama. He reacted in the most improper manner.

But BB have already made a mockery out of their rules when they bought back Kushal last season. Some say Punz was more extreme, fair enough. But rules are rules and you shouldn't bend them for anyone.
