I don't like her and yeah, Sonali might have been goaded by others later on to pursue the matter further but when he touched her, she reacted immediately, called it out and got off the bed. That in itself is evidence enough that she was uncomfortable about it and he is culpable on that account alone. She might have gotten over it the next morning, but if someone does you wrong, it's a rule of the thumb in the BB house that the person gets taken to task and that's what happened with Ali.
About why anyone would want to sexually harass a girl is something that goes beyond my understanding as well, much less in front of others. But there have been theories that a certain variety of men with overactive libidos get off the power dynamics that exist between the two genders and the women's reactions give them a form of power because those women can't do anything about it except cringe .. and much more has been written about it but I'm no expert.
