I did not keep track of their vote count. But I read somewhere that he was not nominated even when Arya had 4 votes. This is very unfair.

Yup...u r right. I made a mistake counting. IN any case, after Puneet, Gautam, Mini, he could have still been nominated right?

No because 3 people got higher votes. More are nominated only if they are tied.

For example if Minisha got 3 votes then Arya would've been tied for 3rd and nominated. But the 4th highest vote getter never gets nominated.
