He was either lying and trying to fool us viewers with this statement or he has amnesia. If you remember the week Deepshika was out, P3G was sitting on ground and planning the nominations. They all took names of Deehika, Soni and a 3rd one who I don't remember now but Uncle DD( DoubleDhol), Gulati, Preetam and Praneet all agreed to nominate the 3 people who according to them are "gande log" in the house. Deepshika was mad at Uncle DD when she saw that for that and gave Uncle DD the bomb. So I am damn sure that they do plan nominations but since they are a minority, their votes go waste most of the times. There you go. Don't believe everything Gulati says. He has been lying. He told Soni he didn't make fun of You-Pen and hers while he did and we all saw that in the video.
