He is bloody so affected by all of this! He does have feelings for her.. he said mai aage nahi badhaunga iske sath that does not mean mai aage nahi badhana chahta. He does not want to get committed as simple as that. He was not afraid pehle tabhi he decided to go with the flow but now iski phatt gayu hai! Soni aur sallu ki baatoen se hence this
