Hmm.. I feel that's fine coz she does not know! Even Gau pointed out that a few days back and he was not bitching about her. He is talking in general about something he observed in her, I don't see anything beyond that in this nor do I feel he is not a good friend to Sonali. He has always been outspoken about what he likes or dislikes in a person.

Pritam bitching about Sonali to Arya, Upen, Soni and Sushant not cool... He talked about her profession that she is not even good in that... not cool. Why is Pritam doing this? Also just saw a cute moment where Gautam was telling Sonali that if I sit in dining area then you dont have to sweep, so do it upar upar se and nikalo... Then he said Ali will try to harass you to get to me so not react just flick your hair and smile ... and then said you would look amazing if you wear yellow sari and then do dhharu... sorry bad joke and left.😊
