i am doubtful about gautam but agree with the rest.

Gautam has many qualities I do not like. He is irrational and loses his cool way too easily. During task losing your cool like that is just being irresponsible.

But I think he notices many good traits of people or at least tries to. For Diandra I think he picked out her best traits. Even before he was talking about Sonali and how good she is. I think he even said good things about Karishma. All the contestants are always busy with talking shit about others.
