Jahaangiya = kachha = underwear

Cucookde coo = if you have seen Cuckoo clock,.. that bird comes out every hour and does the sound is called Cukkade cook

Popat = parrot

Yesterday in conference room, when he was talking about his daughter, his underwear which was smaller than the size of underwear of a chinese sumo wrestler was visible.

As if, at any time (in his own words) the parrot doing cukkade coo would come out from his underwear to be seen, who knows
